A Small Step Towards Fitness – Big One For Your Health


A quick unhealthy snack washed down with an equally unhealthy aerated drink or taking the cab even when it is just walking distance – we have become the poster boy generation of bad choices that give way to worse health conditions.

Every night, we go to sleep tired than we shouldn’t be so. It’s time we take these small steps so that a huge leap happens in health.

Here are few tips to stay fit:

1. Stand as much as you can

Believe it or not, my boss doesn’t have a chair in his office. He feels that when he sits, he slouches too much and that gives him a potbelly.

2. Drink lots of fresh juices

Not only do juices fill your stomach, they keep you hydrated and skin glowing. Now, who would say no to that?

It’s important to keep your digestion in regular flow and the system clear and that gets eased along with apple cider vinegar, diluted in water.
